Dear Members of Habitat International Coalition (HIC),
Receive the warm regards of Electoral Committee (EC)

The Electoral Committee is happy to invite the HIC Members
of the NAM region with right to vote to elect their representatives for the
period 2017-2021.

written acceptance of the Candidate’s nomination
The ballots will be valid if they meet all the
following requirements:
• Your vote must contain the Name of HIC Member
organization and person voting and must be shown on the Roster of Voters.
• Your vote must be sent by email to nick_volk@yahoo.com and allan.cain@gmail.com
• Your vote must be received between Tuesday June 20, 2017
and Thursday July 6, 2017 at 11.59pm GMT
In case your vote does not meet the above
requirements, it will be considered as invalid (null).
Note:
Having a unique candidate in this election process, in case your vote does not
display his name, it will be considered as a valid blank vote.
On reception of your vote, the Electoral Committee
will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
The ballots will be verified and counted on Friday
July 7, 2017.
After affirming and documenting the participation of a
quorum of at least ten percent (10%) of eligible voting HIC Members, the
Electoral Committee will report the final result to the HIC Board before
further public dissemination of the results (Blog, HIC News, Social medias and
MailingList) on Friday July 7, 2017.
