As you already know,
HIC is organizing its participation with
allies inside and outside the UN-Habitat 7th World Urban Forum.
In order to
organize the logistic details of the HIC group (invitation for visa purpose,
hotel, translation, transportation…) we urgently need precise answers to the
following questions:

3. Would you
be able to attend the proposed HIC global meetings on April 5, 6 and
7?
4. What would
be the schedule of your arrival to, and departure from Medellin? (Please send
us your flight details).
5. Do you have
any hotel reservation? Do you need any assistance regarding your lodging?
HIC-GS has booked
a reservation in the Hotel Estadio Real for HIC Members. Nevertheless, this
hotel booking is already full, but there might be some availability in a hotel across
the street: Hotel Casa Mayor.
If you are
planning to participate, we urge you to start the
visa process, in case you would need it to enter Colombia. Please check as soon

If you are a
HIC Member, we can provide you a personal invitation to be presented to the
Embassy of Colombia, which list can be found on the list of Colombia Embassies
or Consulates on the search engine of http://co.embassyinformation.com/list.php
