Letter sent to HIC Members regarding the Process for the elections of the next MENA Representative at the HIC Board for the 2020-2024

Dear Members of Habitat International Coalition (HIC) in MENA Region,

Warm regards from the Electoral Committee (EC) Members.

According to the requirements of the HIC Constitution and the HIC By Law – First part, and after a careful analysis of the nominations received by HIC Members with the right to nominate, we are pleased to report that we have received the valid nomination of three (3) persons for the position:

Ms. Rana Ghanem of Social Democratic Forum (Yemen)
Ms. Taghreed Khalaf Abdul Razzaq Al-Nuaimi of Together to Protect Human and the Environment Association (Iraq)
Mr. Khalid Khawaldeh of Dana and Qadisiyah Local Community Cooperative (Jordan)

The three Candidates will campaign from Wednesday August 5th to Wednesday August 19th 2020.

On Thursday 20th 2020, we will send you the call to vote.
