The 1st 2014 Biannual Meeting of the
Committee on Social Inclusion, Participative Democracy and Human Rights of
United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) was held on 17 May 2014 during the
4th World Human Rights Cities Forum, organised in Gwangju (South Korea) from 15
to 18 May 2014. The meeting took place at the Kimdaejung Convention Center
between 9 am and noon.
