The Electoral Committee is pleased to invite all the HIC Members with right to vote to elect the HIC President 2014-2028.
To review the two candidate’s documents, please consult the HIC web page on https://www.hic-net.org/your-candidates-for-the-position-of-hic-president-2024-2028/.
Please send your vote with the subject “Vote for HIC Presidency 2024-2028” to all the following emails:

The vote will only be valid if it states:
- your name (name of the contact stated on the roster)
- the organization you represent (HIC Member name stated on the roster)
- your HIC member code (stated on the roster)
- the name of the person you vote for (either Grace Chikumo Mtonga or Guillermo Javier Marzioni)
Your vote must be received between Wednesday 6 December 2023 and Wednesday 20 December 2023 at 11.59pm UTC.
In case your vote does not meet all the above requirements, it will be considered as invalid.
We remind you that your vote is confidential. Please do not share it with anyone else than the Electoral Committee.
On reception of your vote, the Coordinator of the Electoral Committee will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
The votes will be verified and counted on Thursday 21 December 2023.
After affirming and documenting the participation of a quorum of at least ten percent (10%) of eligible voting HIC Members, the Electoral Committee will report the final result to the HIC Board before further public dissemination of the results (HIC webpages, HIC News, Social medias and MailingList) on Friday 22 December 2023.
